This 5 gallon (18.9 liter) white plastic bucket and pail has your choice of plastic and metal handles. Made of new polypropylene (PP) plastic. This kind of tapered design bucket and pail can be used for dry or liquid products and is ideal for food and additives, coatings, paint, feedstuff, detergent, lubricating oil, waterproof building materials, ink and agricultural fertilizer, which meet the demands of customized productions.

Our Gamma Seal lids turn any standard utility bucket into an airtight storage container. Great for storing pet food, livestock feed, charcoal, smoke chips and more. Fits 3.5 - 7 gallon buckets. Polished surface provides attractive appearance, Reinforcing ribs maintain container shape, tapered design allows for container nesting.

Gamma Seal Lids

The Gamma Seal Lid will fit most 3.5 gallon, 4 gallon, 5 gallon and 6 gallon buckets. Lid provides a water tight seal by using a snug fitting outer ring that snaps onto the top lip of the bucket. A unique screw on lid threads into the outer ring for a secure water tight seal.

Ingenious Design

The rubber gasket with O-ring helps prevent the contents of the barrel from leaking, and also makes the lid fit the barrel more closely.

Portable and Easy-to-use

Gamma Seal Lid is 2 pieces; the ring connects to the bucket and the lid connects to the ring. Most utility buckets are equipped with handles to easily move from pantry to food dish.

How is lead time of the customization of IML printed process of plastic bucket?

We will be started IML process after internal labeling film completed, then we put into the injection molding machine for mass production, about 20~25 days.

If could do sample plastic bucket with IML printed?

It will not be acceptable, due to the cost of new design film and the printing plate is customized. We could show you video of the film design in our display show room and on live with you.

What is the charge items referring to the IML labeling process of printing?

Standard IML printing plate mould cost: USD 80 / each color (We will charge according to the colors of customer’s design drawing draft) The first ORDER of print film is required deposit USD 500, and we will refund to you after reaching a specific order quantity.
